This can be attempted after Ori has acquired the story-related passive ability Bash in Kwolok's Hollow. Juggle 3 or More Projectiles in the Air for Over 5 Seconds The latter move is what leaves the widest attack window for Ori to attack the tail. Horn Beetle has two major moves: moving away from Ori and sending out a shockwave (Double Jump and then Dash to jump past it), or closing in and performing three consecutive leap-smashes on Ori (Dash to the opposition direction to avoid being hit). The key to winning is making use of the Double Jump and Dash abilities, which Ori must gain prior to the fight. Its front and body are invulnerable and only its tail takes damage. Horn Beetle is the second boss of the game, encountered in Kwolok's Hollow. It should be noted that this has to be done on 10 different enemies the rinse-and-repeat method does not work. ![]() The goal is to either actively send an enemy to any of the above hazard by using Ori's offensive abilities, or passively wait in front of a hazard and lure the enemy to attack so that it hits the hazard and kills itself. Water is fatal to land and flying enemies, while air is deadly to aggressive fish in the water. If you choose not to attempt the no-deaths requirement or the missable boss-fight achievements in the previous playthrough, you can combine it in this playthrough as well. The second playthrough is chiefly for the 4-hour speedrun on Easy difficulty, and because of the reduction in overall difficulty in boss fights, you may want to combine it with no purchases, and no enhancing items. In this playthrough, you may also try to attempt the 3 missable achievements - traversing the early section of the game without touching any purple corrupted water, defeating a boss in a time limit, and defeating another boss without taking damage. Because you will take things slowly, and with all the collectibles boosting Ori's power to the maximum capacity, choosing to play on Hard difficulty as well as going for no-deaths is not a bad idea.
